Since the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak Westerfield Parish Council - like other Parish, District and County councils - has been meeting online, using the Zoom platform. This is the best way of conducting Parish Council business safely, while still allowing access by any member of the public who wishes to attend. Meetings are still being held on the third Tuesday of every other month. Agendas are published on this website; the noticeboard near the bus stop was not used during the lockdown period but will be back in use soon. Members of the public are welcome to attend online meetings and can obtain joining instructions - which for security reasons are different for each meeting - by emailing the Clerk on firstname.lastname@example.org. Access is also possible by phone if an online device is not available.
